Important Shipping Information

We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our warehouse, so please confirm your shipping address when you check out and make sure you can receive it at the provided address. We cannot help you handle the shipping issues like these:

• Changing the shipping address after package left our warehouse;
• Re-delivery the package to the new address since you are not at the original location;
• Do not claim it in time from a shipping facility

International Order

Currently, we only ship to US and CA. If you are an international buyer, please contact us before you place an order to confirm whether your address is reachable. Please make sure your order is correct. Once we ship from our warehouse, we are unable to generate international returns for unopened items at the moment.

Return to Sender

You will be charged the shipping fee if you refuse delivery or provided a bad address or other cases that result in the package being returned to sender.

Lost Packages

ikmate is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number.

If your package\’s tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself. Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible.

RETURN POLICY

We work for your 100% satisfaction! If you aren\’t satisfied with your product, we want to help you find one you will love. Start by contacting us at [email protected] with your full name, order number, and shipping address.

For sanitary reasons,items must be brand new and unopened. Returns are only accepted if you made a mistake when placing the order. Regular Shipping Fee will be charged. For malfunctions, please see our warranty policy. Please be sure to look for product dimensions and measurements before you purchase.

For damaged or defective items, we will exchange it for the same product within 10 days from the delivery date.

Shipping fee is non-refundable.
