Important Shipping Information

We are not liable for product shipping once it has left our warehouse, so please confirm your shipping address when you check out and make sure you can receive it at the provided address. We cannot help you handle the shipping issues like these:

  • Changing the shipping address after package left our warehouse;
  • Re-delivery the package to the new address since you are not at the original location;
  • Do not claim it in time from a shipping facility

International Order

Currently, we only ship to US and CA. If you are an international buyer, please contact us before you place an order to confirm whether your address is reachable. Please make sure your order is correct. Once we ship from our warehouse, we are unable to generate international returns for unopened items at the moment.

Return to Sender

You will be charged the shipping fee if you refuse delivery or provided a bad address or other cases that result in the package being returned to sender.

Lost Packages

ikmate is not liable for lost, misdirected, or stolen packages, although we are happy to help locate it to the best of our ability in the event that your package is not successfully delivered. A lost package is one that does not show confirmed delivery via the tracking number.

If your package\’s tracking number is showing as delivered but you have not actually received the package, you will have to follow up with the shipping company yourself. Please note that a missing package needs to be reported within 72 hours of confirmed (as per the tracking number) delivery has taken place. After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible.
